Sadly the experience I am having getting in touch with nurses, staff, social workers or even my loved one's room has been extremely challenging. The phone just rings and rings and I can not get through for updates on my uncle. Not positive experience at all! I would give ZERO starts if I could however google does not allow that!

Indigo Manor is disgusting and dirty. The way the staff treats patients is atrocious. Many of them simply enjoy exerting power over people who are vulnerable. If you care about your elderly family members, do not send them here.
