Fred the owner stole 240 dollars from us. We returned items and he refused to give us a refund or even send the inks back to us if he couldn’t get the refund to us. Definitely the worst business to buy any inks or materials from. The inks fade and crack and are cheaply made and do not even look close to the colors they describe for cmyk inks we had to completely rework our project to accommodate the horrible inks.

The owner is CHEAP. All their website shipping advertises is FedEx delivery, but they ship it through UPS because they get cheaper rates. I paid $26 in FedEx Home delivery shipping on an $80 item to get shipped over the weekend but it didn’t arrive till Wednesday since UPS doesn’t ship over the weekend. I talked to the owner, his solution was to send another package, charge my card again but with overnight shipping for Tuesday. I asked him to cancel my first order since I don’t need 2 process inks, but he could figure it out and did not call me back. Now, I have 2 packages and the owner on the phone refused to return the package, and that I would have to pay another $26 in shipping. But this would have all been avoided if they shipped through FedEx like they advertise and you pay for.
