I just moved in and it was such a mistake. If you see Conrex as the property management company, run. They force you to pay a “property hold” fee of $450, then don’t let you view the property a second time before signing a lease. Then, they don’t prepare or clean the property at all. They don’t actually DO anything. They hire third party vendors that are impossible to work with, and often sites are down and you cannot contact anyone at Conrex for help except for submitting maintenance requests. No matter how good the property appears - do not work with this company.

This is my first time in Conrex so far they have been very easy to work and very helpful. Questions and concerns have been answered. I will redo post a review yearly as to how they are doing

Cory and Kim AWESOME! Made my move in process very simple. Checked In at different times of the process to make sure everything going as it should. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Con-Rex to someone trying to find a clean and comfortable home.

Calling is a freaking joke they never answer. Even when u hit the call back options. Never call back. Don't even bother go up in person called multiple times me and my bf in the last 2 weeks rang for 30 minutes and nothing. THEY GOT SUED AND CHANGED THEIR COMPANY NAME. Stay away from them! I'd give no stars if I could. Don't know new name but wouldn't touch their houses w a pole. Really get the "renters special" there.
