Nice place to live very surprised about the rent increase but that's the way it goes I wish my Social Security will go up but that won't happen and I'll have to move again anyways it's a very nice place

It's my pleasure to say that Rosa Lee and Will are a breath of fresh air. In the short time they have been here the whole community has improved. The appearance is spot on. The front office (Rosa) attends to the residents every need. I'll call with an issue and it's resolved immediately. She's kind, courteous, and is generally concerned with our well being. In the past we were expected to tip (gratuity) our maintenance and front office to get service. So thank you for this fantastic couple. They make me feel safe and secure. They take pride in our little community.

Thank you, Gwendolyn, for inquiring about Meetinghouse at Daytona, a lovely 55+ senior community. There are income guidelines that must be met to qualify for residency. I'd be happy to go over all that with you whenever you call or stop by to see us.
U pay Electric & a very teduced rate for canle. Its awesome there. They provide the full size druer in your apt. Quiet and specious. U will love it. Oh it has ceiling fans & pool &: elevator dishwasher garage disposal & ice maker. I love it there
The place needs cleaning. Stairs. And walk way as.
U couldn't ask for a better place to live, quiet, comfy, clean, safe luxurious, pool dream accomodations yes there is a waiting list u need to call the office.
Call the manager and she will be able to give you the answers you need. All of us have income changes at one time. She works with it all the time.
U will have to call the Meeting House but call in the Morning House from 8,:30 am to about 11am. Talk to Deb she will answer all your questions properly. I believe its income based.
Not sure how managers handle snow birds. You would have to call them.
Rent is based on your income, so everyone pays different. Call to get more info on one bedrooms and get your name on a waiting list if there is one.
