Does the hospital have a disability department?

It's handled individually with your physician.

Im really not sure of your question Faith. I can say Ive been going there for almost 2 years now and Ive never seen one however, Im very sure their doctors can help you determine disability for Soc Sec if that's what you need. They're pretty awesome and honestly try to help in every way. Good luck ☺

I don't know. They can take care of everything but you can call and ask. The Drs are great, the nurse's are very helpful.
