No they dont and chip and dales camp fire is sooo much fun. You get a good amount of smores for the price as well.
There is nothing stopping you from coming into the campground for the day. You can take a boat over from the magic Kingdom or a Disney bus. Parking can sometimes be a question if you drive (at certain times of year, like Christmas, they require at least a reservation at one of the restaurants there). But you can absolutely visit and explore for the day. Hoop dee doo review is a great show. Chip and dales campfire and outdoor movie screening is great and free.
No. you park out in the front parking lot and your friends can come get you and take you back into the campground. There's no charge for that but you do have to check in at the front gate.
