Does fort wilderness have a limit on how many guest stay at a camp site our camper sleeps 12 we have party of 11 ?

Yes. They only allow a maximum of 10 guests on the reservation. Excessive guests regularly at the same site could get reported to the ranger. It's a capacity issue.
