Actually, we were just there and our campsite did not have a fire ring. There was a charcoal grill which all have. I didn't see any rings but I believe you can bring your own and I did see people with ground fires.

No they do have a camp fire some nights but not at your own site it's a group thing
You are not allowed to have an open fire. You can bring a fire pit but it needs to be closed off on the top with a solid metal top
