They generally place them in hold If your baby doesnt have a tag best thing to do is call or go up there to see
Do your baby have ID. Tag? If so they will contact you if not you need to call Animal control and give a description of your baby. Your baby also maybe at a Animal Shelter so check your local shelter as well.
