I got a ready for pick up notification from the Raeford post office. Checked my package tracker and it said an attempt was made to deliver. Complete lie!!! There is a reason that I have cameras on my property. No attempt was made and there is video proof!!! I’ve lived here for years and every driver ever assigned to my neighborhood has been a joke. Lazy people not doing their job. I guess nothing will ever improve. This is not the first time and apparently won’t be the last.

Never get ny packages, they say that they came up to the door or tried to but I sit outside just about everyday and nothing they don't even try now they don't deliver my mail until after the post office is closed so now I dont get my packages until they open on Tuesday its getting absolutely ridiculous 😒

They don’t even deserve 1 star! They left my package and everyone else who had a package on one porch and that person had to deliver them..I’m not the smartest man in the world but isn’t that illegal to mishandle mail like that? Then when you call to complain no one picks up 🤦🏽♂️ This is the worst post office I ever had to deal with

I come into this post office a couple of times a week. I am located where I can go to either the Raeford Post Office or the Fayetteville Post Office on Cliffdale. I always choose Raeford’s. Since day one, they have treated me and every customer that comes in with the upmost respect. I love the two workers that are usually up front (the gentleman and younger woman). They greet everyone, ask if any customer needs stamps/books/etc., apologize for a wait when I haven’t even had to wait for 30 seconds, and always tells you to have a great day. They are amazing, and they make me feel so welcome. Additional comment: They work SO hard, consistently, every day. They are two amazing workers to have. I would say that USPS and I are very lucky to have people like this serving the community. Give them a raise:)

No self service kiosk
If you are calling an 800 number I am not surprised, call a local office during business hours and see if they can help you
If you have the tracking number ,or if you paid with a card they may be able to help you. But no guarantee. Or try by address check online at USPS.COM
Go inside to the office part when opened and ask them. I had a package do the same thing but it was sitting inside the office in a bigger slot.
