Bad information when I call for price Ladie talk aggressive rude not good

Price always change. They would not allow me to buy one tone of top soil because what I was driving , and ask if I could buy a couple yards of sand they said no and said I had to pay $60 for what ever it was one yard or ton of sand. But I tried to by one tone or yard of top soil for $40 but lady at front desk said no because I had a small trailer , I ask if could just come back for the rest , lady said no, just kept talking in circles that I could only get what I could with trailer and could not buy $40 of top soil so I had to pay$50 for less of top soil instead. The lady seem like I was trying to hustle 401 sand company for something that made more scenes to buy $40 for yard or whatever it was than to just pay $50 for less that I would get load on trailer , never will do business with them again.

Had one in a million chance of events happen. Trucks sink in sand we all know that. Everyone just tries to limit how it happens. But their truck sunk and broke my main water line! Calling them while I turn the water off and started digging. The owner and worker showed up immediately and we came up with a plan to fix the problem. It was a bad accident with a good experience. An accident that I do not think could of really been avoided once sinking. Maybe a wider turn and more than just a 3 point turn around could of helped.... semantics I guess. I will order more and recommend 401 sand.
