Absolutely terrible experience as a primary care. The only way I was able to get Ms Monroe to listen to me was to match her energy and be just as rude to her as she was to me. She was the most rude individual I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. I am in my 30s and I left that office crying multiple times because of how I was treated. Absolutely unacceptable.
