Beautiful designs on website and very friendly staff over the phone. Only issue is we weren't in your building radius which is a shame because we definitely were considering your business. If you ever expand to the Stanly county area ease let us know

I worked with Bobby Alvarez. He is very professional, friendly and welcoming. He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. Thank for your help Bobby!

Hi Raquel! Thank you for your question. We are a custom home builder and we build quality and affordable homes on the customers land. Give us a call at 910-218-8750 we would love to learn more about your new home needs.
Diana, we do not have any models, I will check to see if we have this Home Plan under construction anywhere close by and get back to you. Thanks for inquiring. We have a Chapel Hill (same home except the extra downstairs bedroom) in Sheetrock in Greenville, NC and one just now in foundation in Fayetteville. If you are interested in viewing sometime and willing to travel we would love to show you one of these homes. Of course the Greenville job site is the only one viewable at this time. Let us know how we can help!
What area of the County are you looking to build your dream home? It’s possible we may extend your way!
Maybe a clearer answer Chris - most all homes in our region of the country are framed with Spruce and Fir - that would be your typical stud wall and plate framing, etc. When building on a slab foundation the bottom plate that contacts the concrete has to be treated and it is yellow pine. Then you have other structural members in the home, like window headers and they are all yellow pine - trade term Southern Yellow Pine. This lumber comes from our larger typical Pine Trees (have never heard reference in framing material to White Pine?). In certain cases where larger loads are carried the use of a laminated beam or LVL may also be used such as in garage door headers. In any case, whether you are building million dollar homes or affordable homes such as Red Door does, the material species is the same. Hope this helps.
Yes it certainly can. You are welcome to call us at 910-218-8750 and we can answer any other questions you may have. Thanks for your interest.
Probably not this particular branch because then being able to build is based on local trade partner agreements. There are RDH franchises in other states... Google to find more locations.
I as customer could not advise that.call red door company directly.
As long as you have a mortgage, home owner's insurance is required. It would be foolish not to protect a high cost investment such as a home.
Donna, Red Door Homes does build on our customer's land. That does not mean that you have to have property already, we can help you find land for your Dream Home as well. We are always willing to help, just let us know how we can. Thanks.
