Connie I agree with Larry, you can either walk in to the DMV and get a number and wait to talk to somebody and find out why or you can go to www.dmv.ca.gov and make an appointment and that may cut down your wait time!! But the people at our DMV here in Lancaster or super nice and they'll help you with whatever problem there is with your registration!!
