I finished traffic school and need to have my driving record cleared for a speeding ticket.

To my knowledge when you have a speeding ticket and you go to traffic school they either give you a certificate of completion and you take that to DMV or it's automatically sent to DMV!! If they gave you a certificate take that into the DMV and show it to them! You probably could go online and make an appointment, that way you wouldn't have to wait very long or you can just go in there, they have a line and there's a person there where you can show them what you have and they will tell you exactly what you need to do! The Lancaster DMV is one of the nicest ones I've ever seen, it's large, they have great parking, and the people that work there are very helpful!!👍

I can't speak for California though Michele describes the process pretty accurately. I've never brought the certificate in person but uploaded it to the site using the link on the speeding ticket (Florida). The Lancaster DMV is very efficient whether you make an appointment or just walk in
