I was there last week , and got there by 7:30am and had an appt for 9:30am and was done by 11:20am.. It was for renewing my license, registration for my motorcycle, and driving test for my motorcycle. Everything was taken care of no issues.

Yes, go in the morning they will give you an appointment to return in afternoon. Do all you can online and get confirmation number to bring to appointment. It's quicker. Took me 10 minutes.
