My parents have been bringing there beloved dog here since they first got her. She is 14 years old now and out of the blue started having seizures this was the most heart braking scary thing to witness for both my father and I we were completely helpless. We called emediatly being as though this is after all her vet, they refused to see her this was early afternoon during business hours we were forced to wait for the emergency vet to open while she suffered from 2 more seizures. First this to me is completely unexepable and inhumane to refuse to see your patient of many years. We then followed up for continued care with them I will say Dr. DREW was great very informative! However I felt the front office staff to be rude and uncaring when the Dr put in her chart to bring her in if she had any more seizures which she will the front office staff tried telling us not to do so she wouldn't be seen. The dog had to return the next week for blood work we were given an appointment when my farther took her in he was left in the waiting room for over two hours past the appointment time given when he questioned them the front office staff was extremely rude and flat out unkind to an elderly person who has trouble hearing and sitting for long periods off time who loves his dog and only wanted the care that is deserved. It's unfortunate that the staff in front are far more worried about having to wait 20 min longer to go to lunch or home for the night than the life of an animal that has been patient for 14 years, that they are completely rude and have no patience with elderly people who are trying to understand and having trouble doing so and to leave anybody sitting in a waiting room with no explanation and ignoring them when they enquire as to why is beyond bad business. Dr Drew it would do you well to find a staff that is as kind and caring as you seem to be unfortunately we won't be back after the way our family member (pet) was left to suffer and your completely rude incompetent front office staff!

We took our sick 14 year old female cat, Tiffy, to Harris Vet Hospital in Lodi initially and then again for follow up. We had a very poor experience with receptionist girl is rude and not very personable, and the vet has more interest in horses than cats and dogs. We decided to finally put our cat down .. but forget Harris (they charge outrageous prices).. and chose Pacific Vet Hospital instead. We didn't have an appointment, we had to come first thing Saturday morning andvthey let us in to see the vet without any fuss..at all! . The receptionist girl was very nice, warm personality, and gave the feeling she understood with care. The vet Dr. That helped us was much more informative and explanative, very caring feeling, understanding, and professional. We were able to be there with our kitty as she took her last breath and we were the last things our cat saw on this earth. The vet even said that we could be alone with our cat afterward in the room as long as we needed, and the price they quoted us over the phone wasn't the same as what they charged us. IT WAS ACTAULLY LESS!! $30 less. They are definitely are our Vet now. Best place!

Isn't it state law? For ferals/strays cats get rabies vaccine when neuter/spayed? Pacific vet not making this mandatory, Unbelievable need to be reported..

Best to contact Pacific Vet. Hospital regarding rabbits. The wife and I rescue and foster dogs, we have had a great many dogs spayed and neutered there with great results.
