Okay I bought a mini van got a bill of sale and smog certificate from the owner. I lost it same day. I don't know what to do I need to liscens vehicle.

If he or she dint realeased a pink slip you would have to find the origonal owner thats on the title so it can be release to you, otherwise you cant register until the title its clear.i bill of sale wont get you your tags.sorry i wemt trough that once

The best way to know is going to DMV there making appointment from 7:30am -9:30am. The appointment they give out are for the afternoon that same day.
