I have a sweet new 3.5 months old puppy! Well, that's when I first wrote this review and at the time I gave them 4 stars. My sweet furbaby will be a year old next month and I promised to provide an update. Its been a busy learning experience for my husband and I as well as our puppy. We've come a long way with vaccinations, neutering, couple bouts of diarrhea, food changes, trying to train, etc. All of the joys of puppyhood-lol. And Bear Creek has remained an excellent choice for helping to guide us in maintaining our puppies good health. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and a modern, clean environment. Its also great that you can also have your pet boarded and/or groomed as well, all in the same location. I'm really happy to have found them for my puppy early on.

Clean facility. Friendly staff.

they are full of it when they say day emergency services, you call them and they refer you elsewhere, so they lie on their website that they provide emergency services. I don't know why they even list it. The person that answered the phone even cut me off when I was still speaking saying if it's an emergency then you need to go and told me some place else, when she cut me off and they would not accept me I then tuned out so I don't know what place she said. Horrible.

I'd like to update my review of this clinic. The staff is very rude, and have very poor interpersonal skills. It reflects in their level of professionalism towards the patients. The staff is not very diverse and it appears that they don't follow the blanket standard geared towards customer service.

Would you ask about price if the issue concerned a child? In cities today, Vet medicine for small critters anticipates that consumers wish to treat their critters like family. If you don't feel that way, then you don't need to buy into that mentality but you need to let your vet know how you feel. I've been taking my dogs and cats to Bear Creek since 1982. I don't think about cost. My concern is for the health of my critters. I have a large animal vet near the ranch where I keep my horses. They are substantially less costly then my city vet but they don't treat my animals like members of my family. They treat my critters like animals: A different approach to vet care. I think it's worthwhile for consumers to understand different treatment regimes and chose their vet accordingly. Neither approach is right or wrong, they're just different.
I'm sure they take care of rabbits.
Did you register your concerns with the BBB or PETA. They could help to get it taken care of.
To my understanding approximately $200-$500 depending on situations..
I always paid cash, I don't know. As the other two respondents have stated, they do accept insurance.
