My dog had a terrible ear infection and his normal vet, where I've been taking my animals for over ten years, said they wouldn't be able to fit him in their busy schedule. I called Hardin and even though their schedule was full, they fit my dog in. The staff was great and the treatment was way more affordable in comparison to my normal vet. My dogs and cat will now go to Hardin for all of their medical needs.

NEVER AGAIN. My Receipt say 12:07 by the time they brought my dog up front so they charged me an extra day on my Third Kettling. This is not a good way to treat repeat customers. I Kettled my dog for the second time because it's WORRY FREE & responsibly just SAFER. I truly appreciate you all. Thanks so much for being a support for us.

I found a small, sweet-natured, young adult poodle caked in dirt, burs, and matted fur in my neighborhood. Based on the length of his curly fur and skittish, feral behavior, it was clear that he had been a stray all his life. Hardin Animal Hospital staff swiftly booked an appointment for us, and the little guy was able to receive all his vaccinations, get tested for heart worm, and undergo a much-needed grooming all on the same day. It’s a one-stop shop. ✅✅✅ The vets, technicians, groomers, and staff were all genuinely compassionate and happy to see the once very hairy Samson ready to be adopted into a forever home. ❤️🐕🦺 My 5-month-old kitten (also a former stray) was vaxxed and neutered here not too long ago as well. On his first visit as a tiny furball, I was struck by how chill, soft-spoken, and gentle the doc/techs/staff were as they checked Moon’s ears, teeth, etc., and got him to open up his tiny mouth for the dewormer meds. Weeks later, when I picked him up post-sterilization surgery, the staff gave me pain tablets for him, as well as liquid amoxicillin and a kitten-sized dropper. These meds were a heck of a lot cheaper than they are for humans 👀, even without pet insurance, which I haven’t bothered to purchase. Moon’s incision healed on schedule, and now my kitty is pretty much set for life. 😻 The service and care then was consistent with my more recent experience. The folks at Hardin are good and well-intentioned people who are honest and clear about what your pet does and does not absolutely need (e.g., additional/optional testing for feline leukemia, etc.) And although staff members may get rushed and busy and forget to mention small things (e.g., the instruction to crush the medicine tablet), they are always happy to answer last-minute questions, and clarifying and follow-up questions—aLL tHe qUeSTiOnS. One of the vet techs is actually super proactive about communication, updating you on estimated wait times, and how long some situation in the back may take with the doc about to set up for surgery on another paw-patient and such, etc. Very helpful. So, 10 outta 10, I am a contented and untroubled cat owner and foster dog mom. 🐕🦺🐾🐾 🐈⬛🐾🐾❣️
