How much is the rent for 2bedroom? Does it include water and electricity?

I wrote a highly detailed email asking them to reimburse our tower 10% of our lease for one month, or to let us break our lease early, at a time convenient for us. They obliged and let us leave two months early. I detailed just how poorly the elevators we're managed and how unsafe and disrespectful it was to residents. Whoever thought having four small elevators and NO FREIGHT ELEVATOR would be sufficient for a building with 49 floors should be fired out of a cannon into the sea.
