I would not recommend living here. The units are not cleaned at all prior to moving in, the amenities are old and outdated, the best amenity (the roof), closes at 10 pm due to "covid," and one of the leasing agents who works in the building, effectively stole money from me. There are much better buildings in west loop for less money.

I park in their lot sometimes. There's been an issue a few times with being full before 8:30 am.

If you want your rent to go up $500 the next year sign here. Was cheaper for West loop with less amenities but now more expensive than most buildings with much worse amenities. The door people also never will push the button even if you have your hands full of groceries.

I lived on the 23rd floor and would notice it if we had the windows open. When the windows where closed you could notice but wasn't any worse then the honking you hear downtown
Currently there are is only carpet in the bedroom area for the one and two bedroom layouts. The rest of the unit is flooring.
