If I could give it zero stars I would. But that wouldn't be fair to the 3 competent people that have made my stay here as a "Penthouse" resident bearable. (British, Sandra and Ira) I've had 36 repair items for my NEW unit in under 12 months. Sarge is quick to respond and resolve most repairs. I've been stuck on my floor without elevator access due to unplanned maintenance or break downs 5 times in under 12 months. 2 of these occurrences caused me to missed my scheduled property closings. I pay for 2 parking spaces each month. There is a lease required for the parking spaces. In the first four months , I was asked to "park somewhere else" because the management (James and Tyler) allowed another penthouse resident to park in my space and sometimes maintenance and staff too . Each time a reindent wanted my leased a space, or management decided to allow building maintenance to park in my leased spaces, I was asked to move and given new spaces. I was asked to move from the new spaces to get more new spaces four times. On the 5th request for me to move again, I wasn't so gracious. Management eventually compensated me for the mishandling. But the bad taste in my mouth never left. Yes hey hire minorities but in lower level positions. They have no real authority. They do not market to diversity beyond those that are pet lovers. I believe the management here has a problem with diversity and inclusion. It feels more like seething tolerance than anything. I feel micro aggression is alive and well here. Preference is given to residents management is friendly with, that happen to be non minorities white despite the fact that minority penthouse residents pay with the same green money as the other residents. I do not recommend living at Parkline.

We had a great experience at Parkline for a year. Ira at the front desk always went out of his way to make sure our needs were taken care of, and was always a pleasure to interact with. Sandra, British, and the rest of the maintenance and cleaning staff were also great.

I'd rather not pubically share my experiences at my friends apartment. The building do be nice tho. This building is so high end should be associated with the term "money block", respectively . Google even thought it was a business hence the review
