Why they took a classy and welcoming front entrance and lobby and leveled it all is beyond me. This place no longer has a the feel it's long time residents love. Quit taking historical buildings and gutting them to make them look "chic".

I really am enjoying living at the Belden Stratford in Lincoln Park. I love the area, the close proximity to the zoo, lake, business, and restaurants. I’ve had no major problems at all!

We had to wait for the real estate agent - the front desk personnel called on my husband to sit down and prevented him from looking around the lobby. When you a prospective renter, you want to see the area - look around. Contrary to what they are publiczing to on Instagram - they don't have the apartment available. We felt we have been rushed - We loved Belden long before we flew in to Chicago. WE dreamt of being in Belden but after how we are received - we don't know anymore.
