K2 is great to live at, and the day-to-day front office staff helpful (Jose is great). One downside is that I believe I was wrongly charged fees in the $X00s, and more senior management ignored my concerns, so would caution you there. I moved into a pre-furnished apartment and the amenities are very nice, with fairly stylish furniture. Common facilities are stylish as well. The weightroom is modest but good for cardio equipment, and the pool and hot tub look nice but wish they were open more (particularly the hot tub). Convenient access to the Jewel across the street and close to public transportation. Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend living here, outside of what feels like suspect financial incident response by management.

Had the privilege of staying in the guest suite at this community for two nights and was SO impressed - they thought of every little detail including utensils, a hair dryer, shampoo and body wash, and more. It felt almost like staying in my own home in a completely different city! The concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the community itself is IMMACULATELY clean. The private bridge to Jewel Osco was beyond convenient for keeping my trip 'on-budget.' Thanks, K2 team, it was an absolute pleasure!
