My 4 stars is ONLY for the servers and the kitchen staff NOT for Management. Amazing service from our waitress but it was clear the kitchen and bar were a bit behind because of staffing shortages. They did their best and provided excellent service albeit a bit delayed. Management could pay their current staff more, and hire new employees at a higher wage instead of shorting the bottom line and making staff scrape for tips. Loved our service but it's clear management doesn't know where the real value is.

The food was SO TASTY! I had Salmon, shrimp & main lobster tail with lobster baked potato house salad & a side of shrimp scampi. And EVERYTHING was perfect!

My husband and I hadn't been at a Red Lobter in years and yesterday we decided to come, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered a Lobster Tail along with shrimp and broccoli on the side. The shrimp was good in a buttery garlic sauce, but the main thing that I was there for was because I wanted a good Lobster and it was very dry and tough (I had a hard time chewing it) and when we mentioned that fact to our waitress, she said she was sorry, but didn't do anything about it. I'm not sure if we will be back to this place. It's for sure that we can get a much better Lobster somewhere else. I was very disappointed and because of my bad experience I don't recommend this place to anyone.

It was great our server Shay was wonderful and got our order 100% right and we were never without cheese biscuits or sodas. Very friendly and helpful made our night wonderful

As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant.
