They are busy but if you leave a detailed message they will return your call in a timely manner. I agree with Judy, they do treat everyone with respect.
Yes, like the above answers say, they are very busy and it's not meant to be rude or anything.
They do need more front counter people but they always call back.
If you leave a message with your information they will call you. I had to do that. They have lots of patients. They are very good too. They treat everyone with respect.
