Go elsewhere. Without going into my personal info…I needed my doctor to refill my medication….and I swear …at least 7 calls/messages unanswered. This resulted in depression and panic attacks like I have never had before due to having to go off my medicine cold turkey 2 times now. Absolutely no call back. Needless to say I’m going to a new doctor now….this provider was not here for me when I finally was brave enough to seek help. The front desk personnel were always very sweet, caring and wonderful. It’s my provider who not only didn’t call me back and did not make my care a priority.

Very cold front desk ladies are uncooperative. They can’t help give a mask in difficult time forget about to help my son. When the doctor asked to give us mask they gave us immediately as if it needs prescription for mask. They are not welcoming front desk.

My child had a telehealth appointment today and waited for 30 minutes. The so called doctor did not even come on. Yet they called earlier in the morning and said they were not going to fill out paperwork. The appointment had nothing to do with paperwork. If a person has mental health problems, is this not the right facility? This person doesn’t return calls either. She is in the wrong profession
