IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD! I think I give up coming here because I always seem to have an issue either after my service is done. I am kind of sick of it honestly. I wasn’t waiting for 3 hours for my car to be serviced for an Oil Change, even though I had a 3:15 appt. Understaff I get it but I left and came back with there Lyft service which is always much appreciated but I do not like the fact that my car was running when I got to Hyundai. I am not sure how long the vehicle was running prior to getting there. My windows half down with my air blasting. Why do they feel the need to put my air on blast? For what reason? It’s not humid or hot out. I didn’t give you the authority to put my air on I didn’t get my air fixed!!! Also my gas tank was half down when I had a full tank of gas. Also my temperature gauge was above when it’s usually at 4 bars only, not 5 bars. My car was shaking a bit after my oil change. I swear it’s like they purposely make something wrong so you come back that’s why I trust nobody with my car meaning car dealerships. I always want to be with my car at all times because of this situation I don’t trust anyone with my car period!! I paid $56 for just oil change I thought I was getting a full service, like I have in the past. I was supposed to have a couple free oil changes added to my account because of an issue I had last time, and they were never added. My boyfriend called in last night to speak to somebody and the girl who answered the phone was rude.

I can't say enough how amazing my experience at Burns Hyundai was. Our salesman, Chris Solorio, once again, more than went out of his way to help me find the exact car I was looking for. The entire process of trading in my vehicle and making this new purchase went flawlessly. I never expected to be in the market for another vehicle just one year after purchasing my Sonata, but we wanted to find a fuel-efficient vehicle and Chris was just the person to help.
