After paying an app. Fee I gave a holding deposit on the unit I was applying for. On the application it states that after approval the holding deposit would become part of the deposit, and at that time it was non refundable, I was told it would be refunded so I waited it didn't come so I called, they avoided my calls I even called the corporate office. So I told them I was gonna contact shra, and the authority's. They called and told me they were keeping my holding deposit because they worked so hard on my application and that because I didn't have proof of all my income and that it stated that on the application which is that's not
