By far one of the best apartment conplexes I've lived in. - Maintenance calls are answered very quickly and most of the time the same day. - Management is very friendly and will usually answer any concerns via email the same day. - The complex is quiet. You don't have to worry about loud music or people just hanging out in the parking lot like I've seen in some places. People here are actually respectful. - Never had any issues with security here. - Clean pool, gym, and park - The apartments are recently upgraded with new appliances and interior

This is going to be an honest review: I have nothing bad to say about management, maintenance staff, or the property. Management has always been courteous and helpful to my husband and I for the full year we've lived here. For the most part, things are pretty peaceful. Maintenance and facilities staff do their best to keep the grounds looking decent. I appreciate the hub where we can have our packages delivered safely. My one gripe has nothing to do with management. I feel sorry for the next tenants that move into unit 50. They will have to deal with the constant disruptive noise from unit 49. When you live downstairs you know you'll have to accept a certain amount of noise, such as walking and doors closing, but you'll also have to deal with excessive stomping, dogs playing/bumping/jumping and scratching into the floor late hours into the night or throughout the day. Maybe they will move out and you can have peace. I hope anyway. I am not asking for management to reach out to me about this since we only have two weeks left. This is just a review about our experience. Other than that our stay was great and we had some friendly neighbors nearby. Excited to be moving on in the next two weeks. RUDEST STAFF that can attend to you. You will be looked down on and NOT cared for. The utilities they charge for is gas, sewer, and trash on top of the rent. Which if you forget for any reason to pay utilities, they’ll deduct it from the rent with out letting you know in advance and say you paid your rent incomplete and will then continue to charge you with a late fee. The maintenance crew instead of work they are more interested on keep tabs on each apartment unit and also photographing the residents without their consent. Living here will NOT feel like home.
