I'm ok with my apartment.. thank u Jesus! I have a very clean house.. no bugs ,no cigarettes smell. It's a apartment persons will fall out from time to time. Nothing big.

Yes. I have lived here for over 3 yrs. This is the safest, cleanest and most affordable housing I have had in Sacramento. There is a 24/7 desk clerk and a locked front door so that non-residents are not allowed in without i.d. The doors all have deadbolts and all parts of the bldg are well lit 24/7. Also, My view from my 6th floor apt. on the west side of the bldg is fantastic!

U should go to 7th and H and get a rental application. Fill it out and take it to the managers. They will look at your application and explain everything.
