Julia made the transition into my first solo apartment so much easier than I thought it would be. I legit think I would've missed on this opportunity have Julia not been such great employee. Place has been slowly getting renovated and I have been enjoying my stay so far.

so Danielle and Julia are the absolute best.. They both allowed me to bug them about my process at anytime. Julia was the person on my case assisting me through applying for a place and when I tell you this lady is such a saint and never was rude to me or my mother who were asking tons of questions during this process. Thank you both so very much!!

Jan 2022 - So far I’ve had a great experience with Danielle and the leasing process. I inquired on availabilities and was scheduled to tour the community the next day. From there I got clear instruction and was easily able to apply for the unit I wanted. I am still awaiting final word on my approval, but so far things have gone great! UPDATE Aug 22: Thought I would add an update after living in the community the last seven months! Everything has still been a great experience. I’ve had a few maintenance issues come up and someone is usually at the apartment the next day. This includes them replacing my HVAC condenser in a really timely manner in the heat of summer. The office staff have all been friendly, and the handyman always say hello around the grounds, and are nice when they come in for maintenance. I’d say my only negatives have been transients passing through the community, and someone in my parking space a few times but that’s really no fault of the property management. Really happy here so far!
