Don’t go this place they charge you extra when you leave apartment they charge me last month full fee without no reason bcoz they lost my 30 days notice I explained I paid already domuso your payment and they guys not agree with that if you guys coming over here I paid extra next month because the lady in front office not accepting I called copper creek and she said to me you good to go I don’t where they loose my papers I have to pay 1 month extra don’t waste your money this apartment very small they have cockroaches and flies here don’t waste your money find better location this place doesn’t wanna listen you and they charge you extra one month for rent for no reason Pls stay away this place.

We have lived at Coppercreek Apts. for seven years. Always clean, the grounds kept very nice and a quiet place to live. Until the place was sold two years ago. Now section 8. Need I say more

The receptionist there needs to be fired. We have been coming back and forth, telling us to come back for an appointment. We came in the morning and told us to come back at 2 pm. And when we came back she told us that there’s nothing available. It seems like she’s lazy and didn’t want do anything for anyone that is looking in renting their complex. I will suggest that don’t even bother looking for their apartment at all.

Yes I would like to thank all three of the service team Stephen, John,and Seree they go out of their way to make sure the complex is taken care of. My hats off to these gentlemen they are truly exceptional in their duties.
