Really bad quality all around. When I moved in it took a month for them to replace my stove upon moving in. Multiple break ins and vandalism of residents cars, all for management to just send out an email saying “they are working on it”. They refuse to put up any cameras or have any security, they are lying about offering night patrol, yet they always having “renovations” being done in the parking lot. Homeless hopped, and broke, the fence a few nights ago and they still haven’t fixed the fence. Barely offer any parking for such an expensive place.

I recent moved in. Took forever to receive approval or hear anything back from management. I had to call the front office for them to even send me my lease. Since then I have had my car vandalized several times. Prior to even moving in, I was visiting my boyfriend who currently lived there as well, and my drivers’ side mirror was ripped off. Our roommate and other residents have also had their windows smashed in. To top it off my car was parked in then front parking lot, right where the office is, and my passenger side tires were stolen. Management did nothing, expect tell me I had limited time before they towed it. There are also no cameras and good luck trying to inform the office of your issues. My roommates and I have sent in reports and issues multiple times to no response. Absolutely no security or care for their residents.

Apartment was fine (despite me discovering some trash hidden on the closet shelf that should have been taken care of when they "cleaned"). However, when I moved out, I had random utility charges deducted from my deposit going back several months. I called and emailed multiple times to get an explanation of these charges, but have not received any response back.
