Excellent. There, I said it. I never thought I would say that about an insurance company but.....I have absolutely no complaints about Fallon Health Insurance. I had an emergency whereas I had to be med flighted-no charge to me. I spent 14 days in the hospital, no charge (except the 1K deductible-chump change compared to the cost and I knew that up front anyway). Many x-rays, CT scans, echocardiograms later, no charges while in the hospital. I have regular CT scans now twice a year, it costs me $100 per, again, no complaints and no surprises here. I had physical therapy and a visiting nurse to the house for several weeks and again, no cost to me. I never had to dispute or fight re: anything including prescriptions, I'm actually impressed of how smooth my coverage was during this near-death very costly illness I had. The premium was not the cheapest offered but was very reasonable still compared to my other choices my employer offered. Value-wise, I thought it was the best choice and now I found out I was right.

Will find every excuse to avoid reimbursing you. Greedy company, using ignorance as weaponized incompetence.

Fallon health is a wonderful company. The amount of community assistance they provide at no cost. The professional customer service. I’m aware some folks may not understand how their plan works… I encourage anyone and everyone to call and ask like I did. Keep up the great work!

Very nice phone representatives, terrible company. They found the loophole and are terminating most of their clients on 12-31-21. Run away!

Access the website at www.fallonhealth.org. On the home page, click on Find A Doctor under the Quick Links on the left hand bottom side. You will need to choose your plan type, zip code, and further down choose "accepting new patients." Call the office and make your first appointment. After that, you can sign up for the member portal & update the doctor there, or you can call Customer Service.
I printed my 1099 hc from the website. FallonHealth.org I had trouble logging in but called the number on the back of my ID card and they were able to resolve it. Hope that helps.
I use the finding a doctor tool on their website Fallonhealth.org
Contact Masshealth first to see if you qualify & then go to the MA Health Connector to apply. The subsidy is based on your personal standings. Key to any insurance plan is the lower the monthly premium is, the more you will pay for your medical services, and this is how costs balance. QHD policies have all services - including prescription- apply to the deductible first. After the deductible is met, then copays apply.
Yes call your doctor - they will send it a pharmacy for you.
