Central Rock Gym is awesome! We had the pleasure of working with Erica and John. They helped my wife and I feel prepared and confident on our first visit to the gym. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return!

Great and challenging experience. This was my first time at this location and the third climbing gym I’ve been to. This was by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered. I only did the bouldering, and certainly didn’t get bored. Plenty of challenging routes and having two buildings to explore was awesome. Definitely recommend this gym.

Great staff and good setters, has a second building with only bouldering and bouldering in the main section with also top rope, lead and auto belay. Not a lot of lead routes, but some good cave climbs if you like leading overhang routes. 35ft walls mostly with 40ft tower in the middle. Small upstairs section with beginner walls for children climbers as well, probably 15-20 ft tall. The best gym in the area, because there really aren't many others without drive 30+ minutes.

Hey Dale, There is no age requirement to come climb here, but there are age restrictions for certain certifications. Yes we are open today and feel free to call us at 508-852-7625 with any questions. -CRG Worcester
For most hours you are supposed to schedule online to reserve a spot. In my experience I have shown up and they were able to accommodate me but it's best to schedule ahead of time.
Yes. You can access the fitness area with a membership or a day pass (fitness only pass is $10)
Should be about 20 for the day not including rentals, which differs depending on if you are bouldering or top roping. Membership is $70 for the month, but I believe it includes rentals for a time.
40 feet
No you need to bring a belay partner or have the staff belay you for a fee.
Adult membership is approximately $70 /mo with reduced rates for students and family memberships. Day rates are also available, $12 + equipment rental if I recall.
