The staff here at Dodge Park make everyone feel like family, from the second you walk in. It's hard to find a work environment that you feel is your second home. The residents are so well cared for and I couldn't have picked a better place to work.

I had the pleasure of working with both owner's Micha & Ben the past few years & after observing there interactions with residents of both facilities I find them to be very caring with a BIG HEART with a high level of respect & attention to detail of what inspires at both building's & with Staff, I also find interaction within their staff, that makes these facilities very professional and caring places.
