The manager Sabrina is no professional and disrespectful individual. Her staff and her a lost cause at this property. I'm not sure how she works here with out being sued. I have recently advised Fair Housing and APS there are videos of her yelling at her residents and applicants. She tried to discriminate towards my family when they applied here and at The Ridge where supposedly she was helping out. She makes things up.

Worst experience trying to find my 63 year old father a safe sanitary place to live. Roman and Sabrina are unprofessional and uninformed, they don't have the slightest idea on how to run an office. They held his application for two months along with his deposit. Keep your families safe from these people and their abuse on the elderly

👁‍🗨 This was my first experience living in what was supposed to be “Senior Living.” NOT! I didn’t feel safe there at all. Most of the tenant’s were nice and friendly too. However I can’t say the same for the office workers. I don’t enjoy Writing negative remarks, but I’m telling the truth as I believe it to be. When I first moved into the apartments, my place was dirty. I complained to the management but nothing was done. My nieces came to Sacramento to help me clean. We seniors have worked all of our lives, now we are retired and living on a fixed income, we deserve to to be respected, as with the young. Oh, and don’t think for a moment that you will get your deposit back when you leave. Maybe a little bit of it but that’s it. The entire time that I lived there I didn’t hang anything on the walls nothing at all. I kept my place spotless but yet they wrote things on the list that was untrue, such as my refrigerator light was not working, etc. Oh, by the way, we did a walk through/inspection and the guy said “All this apartment needs is A little touch up paint on the closet shelf.” As God is my witness, the scuff marks were already there before I moved in. It’s sad how Senior’s get taken advantage of just because we’re older. It’s not fair. Shame on people for treating us like this.
