Management here is really poor theyvare slum lords the give people a late fee of 100$ i had gave a deposit and it took them 3 weeks to call back and say they were not giving me a apartment they had me wait and they knew i was coming out of town to move into sacramento he also has his girlfriend banging on peoples door when shes not the manager i dont recommend this place at all i give this place a 0000

My experience at carabay is very great they have a good manager great maintence staff they are cleaning the place up very well and keeping everything clean and maintained
