I would absolutely love to give this place 0 stars if I had the ability. I recently moved out in August. I received almost none of my security deposit back despite leaving it almost spotless. We were charged $210 for a “medium clean” and $258 for “partial paint” (keep in mind we scoured the apartment for any damage and found none). I would also like to mention that our apartment was filled with cockroaches! They were in the pool, on the sidewalks, in the tub, everywhere! Our AC was also broken. We tried to get it fixed, and even after they “fixed it” it still did not cool down our apartment below 78! On average our apartment was 85 degrees. As mentioned earlier the pool was never clean, despite weekly cleanings. The “gated community” is false advertising. The gate is almost never shut, and homelessness runs rampant throughout the area. Homeless people run through the trash and drag it throughout the parking lot. Our fridge light was always broken, the cabinets never closed, our sink never drained, etc. I quite literally have never left a negative review on anything, but please take this as your warning to never rent from here! It’s way too expensive for the quality, the location, and the “amenities”. These other reviews are not lying!

The gym treadmills are broke.. the gym bathrooms are not kept up!! Pools are dirty too! Why pay all this rent if amenities aren't kept up!

It's been a full year that I have been living here and it is great, have had no problems. The staff is very nice and one of the staff member Ana Cruz has helped me a lot navigating how things run here.
