Where are you located? How many balloons are you needing filled? If you are located near williamsburg/mt. orab area there is a place called Jerry's welding supply that you can rent a helium tank.
Party city is a great place and also have a great variety of balloons to choose from
I've already got the balloons jus need them filled with helium?
You can also buy a disposable helium tank and save some $$
Party City or the Dollar Tree will fill the latex if you buy from them.
