I did not get a tour!...Pet Friendly was advertised!, but not specified they do not accept dogs over 50lbs😣😡 My furbaby is 75 lbs, gentle, well trained and 12 years old!! This rule is asinine 🤔😣!! I was impressed when pulled into complex, but left extremely disappointed 😞.

Northgate meadows management is HORRIBLE! The best one there is Michealea! When your choose to move away from them they come up with a whole bunch of unnecessary charges just to get money. They are charging me for my living carpet because it had a stain. Mind u I have 5 kids. Mind u I was there almost 3yrs that is supposed to be considered wear tear and as well as blinds. My apartment was not tore up and was left in good condition. I never had any problems or complaints always paid rent on time. And I’m not the only one continue to read reviews they have done it to a few. Trying to move out was a mess and headache and the supervisor there is absolutely rude. I will never refer anyone to them at all for any reason.

I had the same cabinet break twice. I had some other items needing fixed initially as well. The maintenance staff were quick in getting my issue resolved, respected my space, and notified me in a timely manner. I appreciate all of the hard work!

We actually combined renters bv insurance with our car insurance thru geico and webpage for the whole year and it was only like 110 if that total. I believe if I would have went with the company they have I think the whole year was 140 so a little more but I not by much.
Stachiea, processing an application can take as little as 24 hours depending on the applicant. We must have all relevant information and monies in hand in order to begin to process an application. If you are waiting to hear about your application. Just call the office or send them an email.
