My experience living at the Boulevard at Brick Community has been really Great. I am HOME. Property Management is extremely attentive and keeps clear communication with its residents. The property grounds are kept clean and residents are friendly and very pleasant. If you are looking to move here and find a waitlist, there's a good reason for it. Turnover isn't often. Now that I am here, I understand why. It was so worth the wait and Debbie is such a pleasure to work with. I am certain you too will find the same experience when you move in.

This is truly a great place to call “home.” The grounds and facilities are always kept clean, the workout room is rarely crowded and the pool area is awesome. A big Thank You to the property manager, Debbie for making my move-in day seamless and accommodating. She has gone above and beyond to assure that any issues are quickly addressed. Shout out to the maintenance staff for always keeping our building clean, snow removal, and salting of the sidewalks to keep us all safe during the winter months. I LOVE this place!
