Worst Verizon store ever. Randomly changes their hours without updating the website. Even when I got there 15 minutes past when they should have been open, there wasn’t any sign they were opening late. Can’t call the store directly, must call 1800 Verizon and talk to some random person who also has no idea what’s going on. Curbside pick up link doesn’t work so you have to go in and pick it up. Huge waste of time. Spent 45 minutes sitting in front of the store to spend 20 seconds picking up the order in the store.

I doubt it. It's a Verizon wireless store
Honestly, if a Verizon Store is close, you could go with no appointment and wait an hour. We did. BUT, I recommend calling and making an appointment. ALSO, if you buy a new phone, you may have to come back to have data and apps transfered to you new phone. We did.
