This office is the most poorly run office I have ever been in .After two hours I finally left. I was a new pt. waiting to see Dr. Brandeisky . Another lady was in front of me and she was complaining that she had not been seen yet . Peoples time is valuable and no Dr. Is worth waiting two hours for. Also there was a little old lady that starting crying because they no longer accepted her insurance . She asked why wasn’t I told when I made the appointment, she had been a patient for years ,she was beside herself. This place is awful!

First off, I waited almost two hours to see the doctor. As a first time patient I was asked to arrive at 11:00, 30 minutes before my appointment. After checking in and answering some questions I sat down to wait at 11:10. I waited until 12:40 before someone called me in. I then waited another 15 minutes before the doctor came in the room to see me. No apologies by anyone, which isn't surprising. I was seeing this doctor because I've had a history of sinusitis and was still experiencing symptoms, albeit minor, after a month of being sick. This doctor seemed to have no understanding of what one of his roles is which is to try and answer patient's questions and alleviate as many of their concerns as possible. I just wanted to know why my bouts with sinusitis were lasting so long and what, if anything I could or should do to get well asap. Instead, he questioned me in a very condescending manner with a "how should I know, we haven't completed all the tests" attitude when I asked him what he thought. Does he realize patients aren't expecting a perfect or exact diagnosis right away and simply might want to have an idea of what the doctor thinks the problem may be based on his experience??? The doctor finished the exam and prescribed a sinus x-ray, with no other advice or feedback on my current condition or what, if anything I should do to kick this thing once and for all after having it for a month. I've been to an ENT before (he's since retired) who had a much better bedside manner and was much more of a "caretaker" than this doctor, despite having similar credentials. Dr. Brandeisky may be an excellent doctor in terms of skills, knowledge and education but he doesn't inspire any confidence in me with respect to his ability to help get me healthy again. I will not be returning to this practice or this doctor again.

Dr.Brandeisky did a phenomenal job on my blocked sinuses and I am breathing better now than ever. I appreciate his candor and explanation of the procedure. His staff is professional and courteous and friendly. I would recommend him highly.
