Awesome! I do like the experience I've had with Xfinity. But I do not necessarily like that they have a monopoly on the Internet Wifi, and that the internet connection, to the Xfinity Wifi while you are walking around, is spotty, and in places where you may be in danger there may not be Xfinity at all but AT&T. Try up by Watt I-80 here in Sacramento california. You won't find Xfinity ther! But your paying over $100 a month, two times a month, for Internet... Does that same right to you? I think it is not so funny here in downtown Sacramento California.

Normally you can't call the store directly since they would get bombarded with calls. So, you would have to call the 1-800 number or schedule an appointment with them online. I ended up just going there as a walk-in because it was faster for me.

I returned my equipment to the store on internet access and telephone card and I am being billed for it. Can you help me?
