Where are you coming from? If the east side near Williamsburg, try Jerry's welding supply on Eastwood road between burg and mt orab. They offer different size tanks for descent prices. What day you rent on the tank will be due on that day the following week.
I do not believe they have large helium tanks for rent. Best bet would be to call. I'm fairly certain in my response. I would try Party Source in Newport, Ky
