Our server was great. We came in for a birthday party on the 19th and she was the only server for the entire restaurant. Even with a couple of issues with food not getting in on time which had nothing to do with her she kept her composure and was still polite and respectful. Overall great experience. Great food and a lovely time.

This place was totally amazing!!!! this was my first time visiting here. I actually was on a date.I really enjoyed the service and definitely the food.definitely would go back!!! the atmosphere was everything very laid-back peaceful clean and romantic environment!!!!

The place it’s gorgeous very well designed. The customer service is horrible, our waitress was rude as can be, seem force to have to be there. they have an 18% mandatory gratuity (which is what my family of 6 usually tip since we are a bigger than average family. )so the waitresses have no incentive to be courteous since they will be getting a tip either way. The food was average. It’s filling but it’s not great . The prices I believe are about the same as the competition surrounding the area. The only reason we came here because our go to place Million Crab was close. Drive to West Chester to Million crab and you’ll get good service and great tasting food. If management reads this, we were in to dine on 12/28/21 at 6:30pm. Please teach your staff to be courteous and attentive to the clients also would help if the waitress doesn’t expect you to scream your order as she stands by the computer .

The restaurant was very clean and modern. Had it been busier, it might have been a bit noisy though. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Now to the important part. The food was delicious. They brought it out very quickly and everything was prepared well. The snow crab legs were just a bit watery and the shells didn’t snap open easily, but the meat was delicious. It was just a bit difficult to get to. The shrimp, lobster, and mussels were all perfect. The amount of food was more than enough for two people to share. Possibly three people.
