This store use to be great. Family of five having spent well over $6,000 here. I live in Red Bluff and would drive past other stores, and not buy online,just to support local. That ends today over $20. On 7-17-2022 I upgraded to a new iPhone and purchased a screen protector and case. The case was only purchased because it was the only case for the iPhone 13 they had. AND WAS RECOMMENDED BY YOUR SALESMAN. In less than 24 hours, the case came off my phone 4 times. Took it back in, with receipt to see if I could return it. Well the same person that helped, found the case and installed it, AND THREW AWAY THE PACKAGING before I ever touched the phone or case was there. His response was a very rude, “Well it’s a 20 dollar case, what do you want”. (Maybe a product that is not defective and falls off the phone when you put it in your pocket?). Funny that wasn’t your attitude yesterday, but your right. 18 minutes later I am informed by a manager, “no returns, without the case and it must be able to be resold like new”. I said, “Even though your employee got the case and box it came in from the back, installed it, and threw away the case without me ever having it in my possession?” “Yep” then he turned his back and walked away. I don’t care about the 20 dollars. I was not rude or demanding, I asked if it could be returned and received attitude and poor service from two different people including a manager. I understand the policy but why not state that 18 minutes earlier when I asked if it could be returned. The female helping me even said the case was defective, (She was polite and respectful even though she was obviously new). Congratulations Mt. Shasta mall T-Mobile management and sales guy. I understand not getting a refund. I even started out my interactions by saying I didn’t know if it was possible, and it was only 20 bucks so it didn’t matter. You guys lost my family as customers, and anyone that I know as customers. I went elsewhere to spend 70, on a case that actually stays on, and another 100 dollars on a wireless charger. This is not about the 20 bucks but about your attitude, and border line immoral business practice of basically bait and switch. And yes I left the defective phone case on your desk and walked out.

I thought that I was being helped and that my bill would only be more due to the new phone I purchased. Well my $55 a month bill was now $150+. For instance, I was being charged for insurance that I DID NOT request, my supposed "FREE" Netflix was costing me $15, as well as a "service fee" increase. My $88 monthly bill has doubled, basically, and I am trapped. Please explain.

There a bit pricey. I like my device so far. At the time of purchase that weren't real revealing on what they were charging and what the charges were for. Like, we were given 3 lines when we only wanted 2. Then, they charge us $30 to set up each line yet we didn't even get a phone for the extra line. They also added protection plans to our account without telling us. But, they quickly replaced a phone we broke on our account. We asked them when we started the account if we could get a lower quote and they said that was the lowest. Yet, they had all these add-ons that we didn't ask for. Seems a bit shady.

I just want give this store a huge shout out for helping get hooked up with a new phone. It was very well in time for an upgrade as well as a better service provider. The young lady that helped me. Her name was Fallon, not only did she manage to get me set up with service and a new phone through T-mobile. She was able to help the long line of customers with only one employee on shift. Great job and Kickass job Fallon!
